Kay Binder has been employed with Michigan Fire Claims, Inc. since 2008 as a contents specialist. She specializes in both residential and commercial claims. Kay currently holds the position of Senior Contents Specialist as well as a licensed public adjuster. Some of her duties include performing physical inventories, researching replacement costs, and re-creating a detailed contents list with the insured, when no physical inventory is possible. Kay’s great customer service skills give her the ability to show compassion while assisting clients during such a devastating time in their lives.
